It is a blessing and honor to have you here today. With so many things in this world competing for our time and attention, you could have gone anywhere else. I'm thankful you chose to stop by, my friend. It is my earnest and continual hope and prayer that you'll be encouraged, edified and equipped through the contents of this site.
The purpose of this site is ultimately to glorify God. “... do all to the glory of God.” (1. Corinthians 10:31) I desire to do this in many ways. Firstly, this site serves as a platform where the Kingdom of God is proclaimed and advanced “... on earth as it is in heaven.” (Matthew 6:10)
Secondly, this site will serve to help believers in Christ to grow in their identity as children of God, being led by Holy Spirit as citizens of the Kingdom of God, seated in Christ at the right hand of the Father. (John 1:12, Romans 8:14-16, Ephesians 2:4-7, Philippians 3:20)
To help believers in Christ to understand, that we are not of this world and to appropriate the mind of Christ and the power of God in Holy Spirit who indwells every child of God. (1. Corinthians 2:16, John 17:14+16, Acts 1:8, 1. Corinthians 6:19-20, Colossians 1:29)
That we may live in a manner worthy of our calling in Christ Jesus our Lord, that is to experience and emulate the Kingdom of God now. (Luke 17:20-21, John 10:10, Galatians 5:22-23)
In addition to this it is the goal of this site to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with the lost. That they may know “... the power of God unto salvation for everyone who believes.” (Romans 1:16)
There is but one name under heaven by which man can be saved and that name is Jesus the Christ and Son of the living God. (Acts 4:12, Philippians 2:9-11, John 14:6, John 17:3, John 3:16-18)
The children of God, servants of the Lord Jesus Christ, have been entrusted with the divine privilege and responsibility of being God's fellow workers, His ambassadors, of the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ. May we preach and teach His Word of repentance, redemption, reconciliation and righteousness to all mankind. (1. Corinthians 3:9, 2. Corinthians 5:20, 2. Corinthians 6:1, Mark 16:20, Mark 6:12, 2 Timothy 4:2-5, 2. Peter 2:5)
Lastly, it is the goal of this site to address issues pressing the hearts and minds of people all across the world and “... cast down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ.” (2. Corinthians 10:5, Colossians 2:8, Jeremiah 1:10)
There is but one source of the evil, pain and suffering that mankind has experienced since creation. The reason behind the social, economical, racial, criminal and political injustices, the heart of these issues, is the heart of man. As a result of sin (Psalm 51:3, Romans 5:12, Romans 3:23) “The heart of man is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked ...”. (Jeremiah 17:9, Genesis 6:5, James 4:1-4, Galatians 5:19-21)
The solution to this internal problem and the many ugly manifestations of it, is not found in
the psychology, philosophy or ideologies of man; not in pluralism, relativism, humanism, Marxism or Critical Race Theory. The salvation is not in more government and control, not money or social status, the Democratic or Republican Parties and it's not in science, religion or traditions of man.
Just as there is one source of the problems which plague us, there is but one solution. And that is in the person of Jesus Christ and His work through the cross on Calvary. (Hebrews 9:11-28; 10:11-25)
It is only as we are made right with God that we can love God and only then can we love one another. (Mark 12:28-34, 1. John 4:7-11)
“This I say therefore and testify in the Lord, that you should no longer walk as the world does in the futility of their mind, having their understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart, who, being past feeling, have given themselves over to lewdness, to work all uncleanness with greediness. But you have not so learned Christ, if indeed you heard Him and have been taught by Him as the truth is in Jesus, that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts and be renewed in the Spirit of your mind and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness. (Ephesians 4:17-24)
